It’s been a while 

Bit of a hiatus from logging from having nothing to log really. Pretty much fucked all my shit up lately. Started with my knee….then overloaded my back and then my shoulder. 

Found that a ROMWOD a day keeps the physio away so gotta get more consistent with that at least.
Tonight 6pm class

Warmup 

10 x kb swing, pushup,sit up, squat

Strength

Deadlift 35KG X 5×5

S/S with

Banded Knee Extension x 10 e/s

Step Ups x cant remember coz box jumps can go fuck themselves tbh.

WOD

10 min AMRAP

Single Arm DB Row x 7 e/s w 10kg

KB Deadlift x 5

Squats x 10

6 rounds in total
