Rehab – Working on Major Glute Activation – Glute Bridges single leg and double with banded resistance, squats with heels elevated, GHRs or leg raises hanging the other way out of the ghd! Landmine rotations and some other stuff

Core and or Bis and Tris coz they don’t hurt
