Update May

Been bad at logging workouts lately. TBH there hasn’t been a huge amount of them lately so gotta get back on track this week.

Today

Deadlifts
40 x 3, 3
53 x 3
60 x 3
68 x 3

Last set harder than it should have been with the ugliest of reps to prove it.

All entirely my own fault. Non existent training lately. Not eating anywhere near enough food.

Im even tired of writing posts like this now. Been so many since i started training 5 odd years ago.
