Bad day at the office
On the bright side appetite has levelled out.
2 eggs scrambled w a spoon of cream for breakfast
Salmon w pesto crust w baby potatoes & butternut squash & a cup ot tea for lunch
2 chicken legs and 1 potato for PWO. I actually left the other 2 potatoes on the plate :O
I don’t think this has ever happened before….
Water intake was pretty poor
Dunno why I volunteered to be taught the clean….but about 6 people joined me in my eagerness.
Forgot that i COMPLETELY suck at these lifts.
We went from the hang position.
Im all knees and no hips. I was even called Michael Jackson at one point it was that bad!
Gunna feel dem tomorrow 😦
