Motivation to train this week was non existent.
No amount of headspace could fix that. Sometimes thats just life. 

Went in today.

Deadlift

Conventional
50 x 6 every 90seconds for 15 minutes.

Banded knee extensions
Death Walks
Hip thrusts

10 mins spin bike

Missed my prework out fix so gunna make up for that now!

Bodyfat test at 12.30….breakfast first though.

As for my bad week….
