Training has been a bit neglected this week. Had some stuff going on, so hitting the gym tonight.
Doing this 30 day reset (sugar detox) for Feb with the gym crew, so on Saturday I’m getting my body fat tested, which I have successfully avoided up to now. But if I had to guess I would go with 35%.
Unlike previous attempts at this kind of thing, Im not going to go out of my way to pump myself full of sugar over the weekend. I’ve successfully been cleaning up my eating for the past month because I had anticipated this program would be on for feb.
Right now the only thing I want this weekend is a kilo of chicken wings from the dark horse and maybe some pancakes since I will be missing pancake Tuesday!!
I do know week 1 is an elimination diet so I’m sure that will be just buckets of FUN.
