strict press and push press


Worked up to a triple at 30

Went for a PR at 37..spotters touch on first rep

Got the second one, head coach said I’m losing tension at the bottom. but my head was all messed up from him giving me queues I wasn’t familiar with. Hopefully have 40 there after a few months.

Nice to see some progress on this lift after a long stagnation
