Did Bench and worked up to 25 for 8…
Bar x 2 sets, 22.5 x 5 for 2 sets and 25 x 1 set
Coach suggested back raises in the ghr for 25 reps…four sets of them…only managed 20 reps though…as did my companions grumbling away beside me!
Did the semi scaled manmankers…no push up but did the burpee esque jump and pushed overhead…
Did step ups and KBS w 12kg
Sucked. Reckoni will be in bits tomorrow.
