Squat 2 x 8KB x 7reps 5 sets
Slow 3 sec negative
Single leg hip thrusts.. left hamstring kept cramping so had to go double for 10 reps
Coach counting rounds so dunno how many but id guess four or five.. every exercise 1 min with 10 sec rest
