Have a niggly thing in my left shoulderblade. Like i cant inhale fully without a twinge. Flung myself on some pvc pipe, hung from the bar and stretched.
Obvs Bench was the answer. Everything felt light worked up to 25 which i havent done for ages and if time wasnt up i would have gone further.
