Deadlift 6-8 reps every 90 seconds

40 for warmup
50 for the 15 minute workset
Solid reps

SLDL 15 kg bar
Weighted lunges

Finisher 10 minutes of

10 KBS 12kg
6 burpees

Felt like i had loadsa energy for the finisher.  The 12kg felt light. Time to move up the weight. Pity theres no 14kg kb!
