Tues 29th September

Well like clockwork last week was a writeoff for food and training. In work for 7 a.m leaving at 5. Managed 1 workout and a mobility workshop.

This morn
6.30 a.m

Lots of crawls in the w.u

Up to a measly 22.5 x 8 for top couple of sets

A1) Croc rows 10kg x 10


Straddle holds
Glute bridges

1min each x 3

300m run
15 x goblet squats 3min cap

X 3

After i killed myself on the first run i scaled back to 200m ish…

Back is kinda stiff after all that… :/
