So for once Tuesdsy wasnt bench day!
Had a very early start at work today so went to Synergy Strength and Conditioning for the 7pm class.
Warm up was pretty ugly, still in ribbons from Saturday.
Started with some squats
Loud crunch in my knee on last set.
Power Clean technique work
Conditioning Block A.M.R.A.P
3 x Powercleans
5 x inverted rows
10 x push ups
15 x bw squats
Knee was killing me. Rolled out my adductors after class which i *think* helped. Hope that its just a bit of tightness.
Great banter altogether tonight though 😉
