Worked up to 25KGS. Pathetic. Bench is now going backwards. Don’t know is it a result of trying to shake this dose since Thursday or what but I’m not pleased.

Workload lately plus dose has meant my running has just slipped away..also coz I fucking hate it. Wedding on Saturday means will probably go tomorrow and Thursday.
