Couldnt face GVT Deads so moseyed down to Synergy Strength and Conditioning

Knees were wicked tight. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Warm up x 3 rounds

Strict Press x 2 sets

Deadlifts.. worked up to a triple at 70. Loads more in the tank but was in class so couldnt just push on at my own detriment!

Metcon
1.jumps
2. Push press
3. Lunges w weight
4. KB Swings 12kg
5. Rest

3 x rounds

My ability to recover between rounds has definitely improved generally speaking! Second round was my strongest but got the most KB Swings on 3rd round
