How is it only Wednesday?
Tired this morning. managed to crawl out of bed and make breakfast
3 eggs scrambled in a sliver of butter with half an avocado
1 x cappuccino
Had half a cup of tea at 11 am
100g Smoked salmon (22.9g protein) with some leftover roasted butternut squash and sweet potato from last night.
Have that foggy unfocused type headache where I cant focus or think straight. Could be poor water intake. Nearly 3pm and only 500mls? drank?
Doubt I will get a run in tonight, have some work to do which requires my full attention.
