Within 20 minutes of eating all that I felt like I had been hit by a truck. Was so sleepy and lethargic.
Three eggs scrambled and 2 cappucinnos. Beef stew for lunch with 2 slices of some brown bread. (Suffering for already 4pm slump!)
Run after work. Need to use that carb feed from yesterday!!
