Woke up not exactly in the headspace to go training but had some water and coffee and got on with it

More weight this week and more reps than last week.

Took a piece of my soul with it though

Hack Squats

Core

Toe Touches x 20
Bicycles x 30
Plank x 1 min then 30 secs

2 ? 3 rounds.

Hell.

Had coffee and eggs afterwards.
