Monday 10th August

Trying to make myself more accountable on the food front so here goes….mon 10th aug

09:15: Triple Shot Cappuccino

13:30 : Roast Lamb with butternut squash and sweet potato

14:25: Slice of cake (sponge, fresh cream, fresh fruit) + 1 cup of tea

800mls of water drank by 16:30 

Dinner: (will be) Roast Lamb and steamed broccoli and carrots 

Going to do my 20 minute run now

Have a wedding in five weeks so I’m hoping to have dropped a bit of weight by then. Not sure what to aim for? 2lbs per week? which I guess would be nearly 5 kilos? will see how I get on..
