Deload Week

10 Weeks training in the bank. Only missed one session…

Had planned to start deload tomorrow but woke up in tatters today. So it starts today.

Will go for recovery dip in Seapoint. Leisurely walk and coffee with friends tomorrow.
Lots of stretching, mobility work and foam rolling on this week.

Also have to teach myself how to jump rope. Thats the plan for the week. Have an adjustable rope from d8 to practice with thankfully.

Back at it next Saturday.

But now….. wine!
