A)Did double KB FS for strength 2 x 8kgs x 6 reps

A1) Pikes

A2) HSPU Prog off a 20″ box hard and shitty shoulder mobility was limiting factor here

Was throwing in a few hack squats off a  slant board in between sets too. Haaaard
