Spinal Rotation x 10

Turkish Get Ups

Drilled technique as I havent quite mastered this yet!

Push Press
Didnt get to do much of this as my wrist gave out on me.

Mountain climbers
Dumbbell Snatch

Few Rounds

Cash Out

Stretchy stretchy

Went to seapoint afterwards for a recovery dip.
