Friday 3rd July…Tough Day At The Office


Much longer run than usual in the warm up and i hate running so…

Went for FS and it was so bad coach pulled me to do double front loaded kb squats until i stop hinging back so much

Goal of 4 sets of 10 reps with 2 x 12kbs before i get under a bar again

The Clean and Jerks were grand. Got a great q for the movement which helped.

Throwing burpees over bar in … seems like asking for trouble. Fatuiged v. Quickly

Gunna feel this tomorrow id say
