Was sick with a stomach bug last sun / mon. Back at work tue. Motivation shot to bits. All i wanted this week was to eat. Carbs of course so im blaming the cold weather.
My party trick is definitely being able to deadlift after lacklustre or non existent effort in training.
Food: was clean enough this week roast lamb n veg, etc. apart from lasagne & white potatoes for lunch one day. And a mini fry today.
