Food: Poor

Breakfast : 1 x Cappuccino, 11 a.m 1 x tea, tiny half slice of carrot cake, a biscuit

Lunch: Spaghetti Bolognese

Dinner: Pangusis(?) and roast baby potatoes

Water: Poor less than a litre forgot to take multivit today too. *sigh*
