Week 4…..

Was really in the mood for my workout today after being denied my opportunity yesterday!

DB Row 14KG 8 e/s x 6 sets

OH Press x 3, 3 *Had to quit this as I had MAJOR LBP :/

Neutral Grip DB Bench 8kg supersetted with Hammer Curlz 8kg db x 8 x 4 sets

Shrugs w 15kg plates threw in some side bends too for good measure! 8 x 4 sets

KB Swings 12kg x 14 swings w 30 secs rest five rounds

Thoughts: The hammer curls with the 8kgs dbs were hard towards the last reps, I could have gone heavier with the KB swings.
