Week 2 Intervals

Had yesterday off work so managed to get an outside run in. Was scheduled to do intervals. My calves were really hurting from…well I don’t know what exactly but ow. So Intervals SUCKED. Completely lost all motivation/gas towards the end.

The 5K is 12 days away. Could not feel less prepared if I tried. Think if I can do it in 45 minutes or less I will be happy.
