Did a 30 minute run yesterday. Torture doesnt even begin. Managed 3.5K

Officially weakest worst workout ever, I’m definitely still under the influence of this bug, havent been eating much and still feeling generally unwell. Not unwell enough of course to not work, train or go to a doctor. *sigh*
