Thoughts: looks like my high rep hot streak has ended. Numbers creeping a bit closer to 90% of my 1RM i guess its bound to happen. Observers reckoned i might possibly have gotten a 6th rep…would not have been pretty though!! Anyway with all the running (ha) ive barely been getting a solid three days in. Really need to go back to basics, get working on the bench and get a bit more single leg work or leg presses in. Definitely need to stick with pilates if im not squatting anymore!
