Thoughts: The leg press felt heavy, i really wonder how a few years back I was leg pressing 100KG without any great difficulty. reps werent high on the lat pulldown because the weight was heavier than i normally go at pin 25. so i guess it’s lighter weight with more reps or heavier weight with less. Been neglecting conditioning of late due to extreme temperatures so need to get back on that.
