Lunch time Pilates.
Have no idea whats going on but I’m in bits after that. Think I should have had a snack with my 11 a.m coffee, felt pretty shaky and weak after that. Have had 150g lean chicken and half an avocado and I still don’t feel right, so throwing back a Kinetica Strawberry protein shake to see if I can lift my arms from the desk.
Might start doing this class twice a week see if I can improve somewhat!
