Thoughts: Gym was ridiculously busy, wanted to do Inverted rows on the smith machine..no chance, wanted to do facepulls, nope that wasn’t happening either, wanted to do assisted chins, nahhh both machines busy! It’s hot today, Im still pretty knackered from Saturday, those rows and leg presses felt shamefully heavy 

Early night tonight and some extra broccoli at dinner I think! Also Hoziers ‘take me to church’ is a mega tune, so sad it took me so long to find it!
