Thoughts: pretty sore and banged up from yesterday. I swear to god i can hear crunching sounds emenating from my hips. The reason that workout basically tanked after the bench was that i felt like i twinged my lower back / SI Joints during that bench and by the time i got to the swings i realised i needed to stop or be at risk of properly damaging something.

Just one of those days where ya need to back off go home, eat and do some mobility.
