Deadlift 

Programmed numbers for this week were 57, 66 and 74

couldn’t get incremental plates where I was training so I upped my game

57.5 x 3

67.5 x 3

75 x 3

Bench

15 x 10, 10

Same story as above, programed numbers for this week were 20, 23, 26 so…

20 x 3

22.5 x 3 (should have made this 25)

27.5 x 3

With all the drama with my bench lately I should have made that set 25 but sure it’s done now. Don’t think next weeks numbers will hold up if I drop more weight next week. I’m not worried that I didnt go for broke on the top set of the deads, there was extra weight, let that be my all out effort!

Down 2.5kgs since Monday. Today is a good day.
