Thoughts: bitterly dissapointed with today.
The top set was a grind, ugly as sin, knees caving in, high as fuck.

Front Squat rack position NEVER used to be a problem. Now i dont have the mobility for it, two of those useless reps were zombie squats.

Left hip is giving me hassle now aswell.
