Week 5 Day 1

Going to skip the cycle thing and just name the weeks concurrently. Im going to skip week four as a deload week as I don’t need one at the moment.

Squat
Drilled technique and rack position

No time for anything else as I had to keep grid rolling my it bands and the inside of my legs just above my knee, some sort of gremlin living in there causing me wicked knee pain when I squat.
