Ive lost count

Head is melted. This day is a hangover from last week, only got around to it now. Lost count of days cycles weeks! Ha! Will print out a paper calendar tomorrow and fix that.

Spin Bike
30 secs on/off

Nearly passed out during the presses..lots of black spots afterwards so the cardio was on the minimal side.
