Awful day is awful. Headache, Fear. Monday.

Was supposed to bench today, three racks all occupied for the fucking thirty five minutes it took me to do that set, yes there was alot of sighing and self loathing going on today. Couldn’t be fucking arsed with Benching the numbers I had anyway, given I feel like shit I doubt I would have got them anyway.
