Decided to see what I was doing when I got my last Deadlift PR. At the time my shoddy shoulder mobility had hindered me from doing back squats so I was doing alot of Front Squats.
Maybe I need to supplement or switch out the back for front every now and then. Was also doing alot of FB swings, and a bit more core.
I’m weak off the floor, grip and lockout not the issue, just getting it past the knees.
Deficit deads could be another way. But all this is semantics until I get stronger, so need to successfully complete a good decent 5/3/1 cycle and see where that takes me before I start dissecting
Anyway…Time to go lift
