aaand we’re BACK!

So, after a very long hiatus from training thanks to Benign Positional Veritgo, my symptoms have subsided to the point where I believe I can safely do a bit back in the weights room.

Leg Press

40KGS 5 x 10

s/s with

Curls 2 x 10 w 6kg dbs

Hammer Curls 3 x 10 w 6kg dbs

DB Row 

5 x 10 e/s w 10kg dbs

Erg

Some intervals – battery was broken so didnt keep distance or time !
