I still don’t have full ROM in my neck but I was going crazy not training, just didnt feel 100%

Decided to ease myself back into it because I’m pretty certain running 5/3/1 with WS4SB as assistance is what messed me up in the first place. 

Leg Press (Plate Loaded)

50KGS 5 sets of 6

Intervals – Treadmill 

20 minutes

 

The cardio was hard, not surprisingly since it’s the most i’ve moved in a month. Thankfully I didn’t put on any weight in my injury hiatus so every cloud I guess!
