Update

So i was all ready to start a successful second phase of 5/3/1 when a locked facet joint(s)? In my neck effectively put paid to that.
Couldnt take deep breaths, sneeze, cough or burp without a sharp pain…well thats in between muscle spasms.

Anyway, im gradually in less pain so went back to gym today to see what hurts and what doesnt.

Did some globlet squats, front squats, curls, bench and russian twists.

Im officially pathetic, and fat!
