5/3/1 Week 3 Day 2

Due to limiting factors, day three of this week got shoved and only caught up with day two today. I know. I know. 

Squats

20 x 5, 25 x 5, 27.5 x 5, 

30 x 5, 35 x 3, 37.5 x 3*

Facepulls 

3 x 8

HIIT – Treadmill 

20 minutes

*top set was to get one but landed a triple HOOO-RA! 

 

Intervals were a bitch after squatting.  I’m finding I don’t have a huge amount of time for assistance work on the days during the week so going to see how to improve that. 

On the very bright side, I’m carrying 5 and a half pounds less of that Christmas Cheer!
