Due to limiting factors, day three of this week got shoved and only caught up with day two today. I know. I know.

Intervals were a bitch after squatting. I’m finding I don’t have a huge amount of time for assistance work on the days during the week so going to see how to improve that.
On the very bright side, I’m carrying 5 and a half pounds less of that Christmas Cheer!
