Squat 

warm up 20 x 5, 25 x 3, 

27.5 x 3,

32.5 x 3,

35 x 4

 

HIIT

Treadmill  Intervals 20 minutes

 

Given the state my neck and traps have been in the past week squatting was not that hard today, and I have been so anxious about today that I was trying very hard to correct my posture at my desk all morning and sit up correctly, got some sneaky foam rolling in too at elevenses and did lots of stretching at my desk. Ha Ha Screw You Internal rotation.
