Thoughts
Really happy with today, havent hit that bench number in months, its <90% of my all time max. And my imbalances are leveling out! Left sidebar is catching up strength wise in the curls, small victories!
All good when you consider I havent done yoga or trained in two weeks with being sick and work commitments.
