West Side 4 Skinny Bitches

A)     DB Bench Press 2 x 12 , 2 x 10 8kg db each hand

B)      Lat Pulldown s/s with Band Pull Aparts 3-4 x 8-12 

          Facepulls 3 x 12 (heavy)  

C)      DB Military Press 4 x 4 

D)     DB Shrugs (10kg db e/s) s/s with Hammer Curls   3 x 8

 

Thoughts: Couldn’t wait around for lat pulldown so threw in face pulls instead. Military press is depressingly weak, so along with lower weight had lower reps 😦 have DOMS from yoga yesterday aswell. 

Motivation: High

Energy: Good, bar a bad slump an hour or so after my second coffee with a banana & teaspoon of peanut butter

Food: Clean-ish 

Came across this little read which further reinforces why I will continue to do yoga  at least once a week!
