Yoga Tuesdays

DOMS from yesterday, to be expected after small break from training. Yoga today had some new moves, swan pose which I likes, good stretch in that one. The progression to chinese splits wasnt easy or in my case an option. ha. anyway. my legs will probably be in bits tomorrow. Contemplating doing a spin class tomorrow evening….  been a couple of years since ive done one but as I said…cardio needs to be addressed

Food: Clean
