West Side 4 Skinny Bitches

Not feeling like too much of a skinny bitch after a few busy weeks at work consisting of overtime and crap food. Which is no surprise so that I got a head cold last week. No training or yoga 😦  Realised last night there has been a painful lack of cardio of any description (even by my standards) in my life of late which REALLY needs to be rectified, but will probably be done at home with a kettlebell either in the mornings (ha ha ha good luck with that) or in the evenings. Don’t have time for it if I’m going to go ahead with lunch time sessions.

Back at it today.

A)     Bench ; 20KG x 3 x 5 , 25KG x 2 x 2

B)      DB Floor Press: 2 x 15

C)      DB Row 3 x 12 e/s w 10KGs

D)     Facepulls 3 x 12

E)     DB Shrugs 3 x 10 w 12kg KB in each hand

F)      DB Curls 3 x 8

Thoughts: The shrugs were hard today, think thats the heaviest I have gone with them which could be why. My Bench has stalled bigtime but with the yo-yo calorie intake  and inconsistent sessions I really shouldn’t be surprised. My shoulders are in bits today, so need to do some serious upper back foam rolling and lacrosse ball rehab-y stuff. Ow.

Motivation: High

Energy: Mostly derived from caffeinated beverages today (1 coffee, 2 teas)
