West Side 4 Skinny Bitches Week 6

A)     DB Bench Press 4 x 12

B)      Lat Pulldown 3 x 12

C)      DB Military Press 2 x 12

D)     DB Shrugs s/s with Hammer Curls 2 x 8

Prowler + 50KGS 6 Turns (up & back track = 1)  with some battle ropes in between runs

Disclaimer* Was cut short on time this morning because of bloody gym admin stuff signing out forms already filled in, lost 20 minutes of my workout. Hence why sets are wicked short.

RAGE.

Have an hour of Yoga today aswell, which my help alleviate with said above rageImage
