C)     DB Row (12.5KG) s/s with Facepulls 3×12

D)     DB Shrugs (10KG) 3×8  

E)      DB Curls 3 x 8

Outdoor Conditioning

Backward Sled drags + forward 75KGs +sled and dropped to 50kgs for last run…6 in total
